In the same breath, the Walka 7 which is a portable tv, recently launched in Nigeria is also available in the Kenyan market. Walka 7 is a 7 inch portable tv with a four aspect ratio which is not dependent on another device for paytv connectivity. It’s a chargeable device that does 6 hours battery life. It has two 1.5 watt speakers for sound and market pricing is Kshs. 11,699.
Subscribers of DStv Premium, Compact, Compact Plus and Family subscribers pay no subscription to access DStv Mobile on one DStv Mobile device. Beyond that you pay a max of Kshs.500 per device per month.
