Airtel yesterday launched a promotion aimed at getting back the inactive users to the network where they stand to gain from rewards, among them free talk time. Airtel seeks to get the inactive users to use their sim cards and reactivate them on the network. There will also be an offer for existing users in the offer dubbed My Airtel, My Offer (MAMO). In the offer prepaid network users will be able to choose offer packages by dialling 141. Subscribers will get 50% more airtime upon recharge via Airtel Money and twice the value in data when they purchase data bundles beyond 50MB.
