Samsung Galaxy S5

Samsung Galaxy S5Launched on the 26th of February in Barcelona at Samsung Unpacked5 around the same time Mobile World Congress was happening, the Galaxy S5 is expected to hit many markets concurrently on 11th of April. This is one of the world’s most anticipated smartphones and is expectet to break the seams in sales. Samsung has always outsold the previous flagship of the year and this is not going to be different.

Here in Kenya, our pre-order culture is quite young and has only happened with Samsung products, and we have a fast growing e-commerce culture facilitated by local mobile wallets like Pesapal, Mpesa and old school credit and debit cards. One of the online shops where you are bound to get the best deals on smartphones is Duka1 which promises great savings and warrantues on everything they sell.

They even ask you to register via SMS to confirm that you purchased a product under local warranty, which is quite useful if you want to get service on your smartphone.

Now Duka1 have already opened up pre-orders and are taking payments for the device which they have priced at Kshs 69,948 inclusive of tax. They will deliver to your address at a small fee but you get it free if you can pick it from their Ngong Road Store in Nairobi. Date of arrival is slated to be on the 14th of April according to Ashok Khan of Duka1.

So hit the pre-order link if you wish to be first in line to get the Galaxy S5.
