So Android Market 3.3.11 has leaked out and is downloadable. Hmm! Not that its far off to being available officially, but it always feels good to have it upfront, relieve the curiosity constipation.
What this version brings with it Autoupdate as the default setting. This might not go well for those who wait to update only when there is WI-Fi available. Another feature is WAIT! You can actually set that updates will happen over Wi-Fi only, so you can sleep happy. The new update also automatically adds app shortcuts to the homescreen after installation. Star ratings have been added on app pages, new app icon, fonts reduces, search via voice and user interface tweaks.

You need though to be warned though that the update has some issues with Honeycomb tablets. And also you might get some force close warnings, if you get those go to Settings > Applications > Manage > Market, and clear data. You wont need to root your device.
Preview, below how it looks like.
