It is Apple’s turn to pull punches over the never-ending court battle with Samsung over patents for the new devices the two tech giants have recently launched in the market. The previous court injunction barring Samsung from selling their tablet the Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 in Australia has been overturned by a panel of judges Justices Dowser, Foster and Yates. Samsung had appealed that the injunction would prevent them from tapping on the Christmas sale. The Korean manufacturer can rest easy, at-least for Australia.
