Pesapal, a Kenyan payment platform for use on online buying and selling using mobile money and credit cards have launched the service developer community website with an aim to have a single resource for developers.At the website Pesapal aims to answer questions asked in the forums. They have also added a step by step process of how to integrate Pesapal onto websites and web systems. The integration details also includes the API methods and a PDF download option of the same, a working example of the code both in PHP and .NET. There is also a dedicated downloads page of all the APIs and developer resources including API reference and how-to documents.
The forum includes options to integrate Pesapal and developers are welcome to contribute on the same, suggestions and feature requests, announcements and a plugins category where Pesapal developers will add ready to use plugins, components and extensions.
Other elements of the site include a list of Pesapal integrators which would be integrators proven by Pesapal to be consistent with the payment service integration and a showcase of Pesapal integrated sites.
