Samsung has begun sending invites for Samsung Mobile Unpacked event at IFA 2012 happening in Berlin, Germany later this month. IFA is a German Trade Show for consumer electronics and home appliances and world manufacturers get to show their new and hot innovations to the market, Media and tech experts. It is expected that Samsung will be unveining the 5.5 inch Samsung Galaxy Note II, around a year after the groundbreaking announcement of the Galaxy Note that dared go a different way from what was the norm. Samsung has a backing of a good success of sales from the Galaxy Note even after having the device as the only 5.2 inch smartphone. Critics had it that it was either a very big smartphone or a very tiny tablet, hence the coining of the name phablet. It managed to ship more than 6 million devices though.
The Galaxy Note 2 is expected to have a 5.5 inch screen, an Exynos Quad core processor like the one on the flagship phone, the Samsung Galaxy S III and run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Notice the stylus? It cant be so wrong a guess, and the only direction it would go is to the Galaxy Note 10.1 which also has a stylus but is already unveiled, only not announced of availability in the market and official specs. But Galaxy Note 10.1 could also show up there as well, which is not a bad thing anyway.
