Unveiled last month at Samsung Africa Forum, the Samsung Galaxy Star and Galaxy Pocket Neo are entry level devices for emerging markets. The two are Dual SIM devices running Android 4.1 Jelly bean in the small form factor, bringing Android 4.1 Jelly Bean to the entry level. This is quite a fete considering low end devices come running a version of Android two generations away, while these two are as up-to date as the leaders in the fray. Also interestingly, both of them have 3 inch screens unlike with the previous Galaxy Pocket that is 2.8 inch in size.
