See there is this trend for us Android diehards that everything gets a twist. There is no satisfaction until something is rooted and then a custom ROM is flashed. It happens even to those devices that you least expect from fridges (kidding 🙂 to Galaxy cameras and now the Galaxy Gear.
The Galaxy Gear apparently has a built in stock recovery just like other Android devices and can even enter download mode. What does this mean? It won’t be long till you can run a custom ROM on this. We only need Samsung to release the sources for this device like it is already doing with the Galaxy Note 3 and we’ll be on our way. Your move Samsung.
