Blackberry is currently engaged in the fight for its life and its recent success with BBM during the Android and iOS rollout means that the company will now more than ever before be focusing a lot on BBM. Channels, a new social integration of the already social popular social app BBM is already out of beta and is rolling out. Channels will allow companies direct access to their clients whereby the clients/users can post questions, send messages etc.
Unfortunately if you have BBM on a non-Blackberry device (Android, iOS…) then you’ll have to wait for at least a few more months.
