We’ve heard for quite some time now that Blackberry is keen on trying out some Android desserts in its quest to save whatever can be saved of its already lost shine in mobile. While the company is yet to confirm anything, it has not denied anything either leaving room for so much speculation.

Well, we now have something more to speculate after Evan Blass shared the following:

evleaks blackberry venice

According to Mr Blass, that is the Blackberry Venice, the first Blackberry device running Android. While we may not be sure at this moment if this is what we’ll eventually see, it further solidifies the rumours that we are not far from seeing a Blackberry device running Android. So what becomes of those plans we heard of Blackberry partnering with Samsung to make the same device?
