More Galaxy Note 5 Images Hit the Web Few Hours Before Official Unveiling

We’ve seen all there is to see about the Galaxy Note 5 and with just about one and a half hours remaining till we get to finally see it, it doesn’t hurt to treat our eyes to what Samsung is expected to start selling by August 21st again.

Thanks to French tech site nowhereelse.fr which has been pretty consistent as far as this particular device’s leaks go, here’s the Galaxy Note 5:

We’ll have to wait for the next few minutes when the Unpacked event is on to find out intricate details that matter to most of us like whether the Galaxy Note 5 will have a microSD slot across all its variants (we’ve heard that some variants, particularly the dual-SIM ones, will have expandable storage while the rest will just have fixed flash storage and nothing more). From the above images, it also looks like we’ll get to see the auto-ejectable S Pen as well.

The Galaxy Note 5 is expected to be released alongside the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and the Gear A smartwatch. It is also expected to pack a 5.7 inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display, an octa-core Exynos 7420 processor clocked at 2.1 GHz and backed by a Mali T760 GPU, pack 4 GB RAM (LPDDR4), 32 GB internal storage, a 16 megapixel camera complemented by a 5 megapixel selfie shooter, a 3,000 mAh battery and run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.

Colour options of the device are expected to include white and gold as of current leaks with more colour options bound to be confirmed during the event.
