By now it is public knowledge that not every market will be getting the Galaxy Note 5. Samsung prefers to push the similarly specced but unique (thanks to the dual edge display) Galaxy S6 Edge+. While we know for a fact that those in the United Kingdom and other European countries won’t be getting the device, it is not that clear who else is not getting it.
Sammobile has been able to compile a list of the few countries getting the device based on the firmware made available by Samsung it has been able to track. The list is not conclusive but it should give us a rough idea of what to expect and what not to. For starters, it won’t be showing up in India though it is sure to make it to the Philippines. It also won’t be making it to East Africa, at least as far as we know.
