Android 13 is already here, and the special kind of people who buy Pixel phones are already enjoying the new software goodies from Google. Android 13 is also being tested in many other devices, including TECNO Camon 19 Pro 5G. Others such as the OPPO Find X5 Pro are already receiving a stable version of the OS.
Samsung has also been running a beta Android 13 and OneUI 5.0 on the S22 series. The OS, which is different from what you would find in Pixel phones, or in any other smartphone brand for that matter, should be hitting a bunch of Samsung phones before the year ends.

The A53 is an interesting device on the list because it is not a flagship. Nonetheless, it is equally capable with the Exynos 1280 5G chip. The silicon is very fast, matching flagship phones in terms of day-to-day performance and keeping its price at a reasonable number.
Samsung is currently the leading Android manufacturer that does an exemplary job as far as sending updates to devices is concerned. No other company (sans Pixel) does what the South Korean phone maker has been able to achieve over the last three or four years because it has proved that committing to software updates can go a long way in attracting customers to a brand. Those phones also get to have a long shelf life because they receive constant bug-squashing updates.
