Xiaomi is gearing up for one of its most ambitious launch events yet, set for June 26.
The company plans to unveil a sweeping lineup of products that span smartphones, tablets, wearables, and even electric vehicles, all under its “Human × Car × Home” ecosystem strategy.
Leading the charge is Xiaomi’s second electric vehicle, the YU7 SUV. It will be available in three variants: a standard single-motor model, a Pro version, and a high-performance Max edition.
Depending on the variant, the YU7 promises between 835 kilometres of range and a blistering 3.2-second 0 to 100 km/h acceleration.
Battery capacities include 96.3 kWh and 101.7 kWh options, competing directly with Tesla’s Model Y and BYD’s premium offerings.
On the mobile front, Xiaomi will debut the Mix Flip 2, its only foldable smartphone for 2025. The device features a 6.85-inch 1.5K LTPO internal display and a 4-inch external screen.
It’s ultra-slim at 7.6mm when open, weighs around 190 grams, and offers IPX8 water resistance. It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and sports a dual 50MP rear camera system co-developed with Leica.
Charging is equally impressive, with 67W wired and 50W wireless options backed by a 5,100 mAh battery.
Joining the smartphone is the Redmi K80 Ultra, expected to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ chipset. It targets flagship-tier performance with a more affordable price tag, staying true to the Redmi brand ethos.
In the tablet category, Xiaomi will unveil the Pad 7S Pro with a large 12.5-inch 3.2K 144Hz LCD, powered by a custom chip and a massive 10,160 mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging.
A more gaming-centric option, the Redmi K Pad, also features the Dimensity 9400+ and aims to be a compact performance powerhouse.
The launch event will also spotlight new smart wearables: AI Glasses, Open Earphones Pro, the Band 10 fitness tracker, and Watch S4. Xiaomi has also teased a “one more thing” surprise, heightening expectations for something unexpected.
This massive product drop is a clear indication of Xiaomi’s ambitions to be more than a smartphone company. By integrating AI, mobility, and home tech, Xiaomi is positioning itself to be a dominant force in every aspect of the digital lifestyle.
