Samsung can now sell the Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 in all of Europe, except Germany. This follows a ruling by German court in Düsseldorf that the court has no jurisdiction beyond Germany, and so cannot bar sale of the tablet outside Germany. This interim hearing is in effect until the hearing which is scheduled for the 25th of August.Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1

Previously there were some revelations pointing that Apple had presented false evidence about the dimensions of the two tablets, the Galaxy tab and the iPad 2. The image showed an enlarged Samsung Galaxy tab to appear like it was the same dimensions and look as the iPad 2. The ruling later in the month will find Samsung having sold to most parts of Europe. And will decide whether they will sell to Germany too.
