Nokia fully acquires Nokia Siemens Networks

Nokia Siemens Networks is now a full Nokia outfit after Nokia today announced in a press release that it has completed the acquisition of the Siemens’ stake of the Networks company.

The company which will have Nokia directors has been renamed to Nokia Solutions and Networks, still abbreviated as NSN. Rajeev Suri will still be CEO of NSN as Jesper Ovesen remains as Executive Chairman of the board
