Could Instagram be coming to the Windows phone?

Instagram could finally be coming to the Windows phone according to Nokia’s executive VP Chris Weber. Great apps like Instagram would go a long way to catch the attention of more users and fan boys as Nokia struggles to get a piece of the mobile market pie. The Microsoft payout program to developers seems to be effective though we can’t confirm at this stage whether this is part of the program. Despite of this, Windows phone app store is still missing some of the common apps on the other platforms like; Vine, Pinterest, Google Maps, YouTube and Flipboard.
