Updates for Windows 8.1 Leaked

Windows 8.1 updates weren’t supposed to reach the market until April. Somehow, as the links to these updates were passed on to Microsoft’s manufacturing division, they were leaked to the rest of the internet. A forum posting described a how the updates could be applied to your system after a few registry edits. The original links were also discovered by ardent Windows fans. Microsoft however patched this little problem. There are still resources open for those intent on getting the updates including BitTorrent and an extensive guide on this site where the owner provides self-hosted links to the updates.
