Apple Airpods Max

Apple has finally ventured into the premium over-ear headphone business with today’s announcement of the AirPods Max that go for $549.

Apple now joins Sony and Bose with its new high-end AirPods Max that feature wireless pairing, active noise cancellation, superior audio quality, 20-hour battery life, support for Siri, physical controls for playback and will come in various colours including Pink, Green, Blue, Silver and Space Gray.

The AirPods Max come 4 years after the launch of AirPods in 2016 when Apple removed the headphone from its iPhones.

Apple’s accessories(AirPods, Apple Watch and Beats headphones) generate close to $31 billon in sales.
