5G devices are going mainstream in Kenya. Smartphone brand vivo is jumping on the trend with the slated launch of the vivo V23 5G for the Kenyan market later this month.
The vivo V23 5G is their midrange series in the V lineup and is set to turn heads both internally and externally.
vivo V23 5G comes with a 6.44″ AMOLED(1080 x 2400 pixels) display with a 90Hz refresh rate, HDR 10+ support and Schott Xensation Up protection.
The back design features Fluorite AG that provides a fine and textured feel resistant to fingerprints.
vivo V23 5G back has a colour changing surface on the Sunshine Gold colour version that goes from warm hues to cool sharp tones.
On the inside, the vivo V23 5G ships with MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor and Mali-G68 MC4.
vivo V23 5G will offer dual-mode 5G standby.
It will also rock either 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB of onboard storage.
vivo V23 will run on Android 12 and FunTouch OS 12.
vivo V23 5G brings with it the photography capabilities the V lineup is known for.
For Selfie enthusiasts, vivo V23 5G has dual front-facing cameras that include a 50MP and an 8MP ultrawide with support for 4K video recording.
vivo V23 5G also sports a triple camera setup at the back that includes a 64MP main, 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro.
For lowlight photography, vivo V23 5G is equipped with Super Night Mode that vivo promises will deliver unmatched performance in the dark.
Other features include a 4200mAh battery with support for 44W wired fast charging and an indisplay fingerprint reader.
