Oraimo is cutting a niche in the consumer tech accessories market in Kenya and has been doing so for some years now.

The company makes several lifestyle, audio, power and wearable accessories with superior quality that are not only sold in more than 50 countries but also trusted by more than 200 million users.

We take a look at their latest power accessories including the Firefly 3 compact charger, the Toast 10 Flash 10,000mAh power bank and the Traveler 3 Vision 27000mAh power bank.

They Do More Than Just Charging! Oraimo Anifast Technology Accessories

All three have one feature exclusive to Oraimo’s power products – AniFast technology which we’ll get into later on.

Oraimo Firefly 3

The Oraimo Firefly 3 is the company’s compact fast charger. Inside the box is the 10W adapter that has a Type-A charging port plus an included Type-A to micro-USB cable. The cable’s material is strong for increased durability to withstand any use cases – up to more than 10,000 bends.

The adapter is compact for travel and also has an LED indicator that lights up when plugged into a socket or extension.

Its other features include drop protection, scratch resistance and smudge proof.

It delivers a stable charge and offers ultimate safety thanks to the multi-layered protection features embedded in the Anifast technology which we’ll delve into below.

Oraimo Toast 10 Flash

The Toast 10 Flash is a 10000mAh external battery. In the box, you get the power bank, a Type-A to the micro-USB charging cable and a welcome guide which includes a warranty certificate.

Oraimo Toast 10 Flash

Like the Firefly 3, the Toast Flash is light and slim for portability. Its capacity sits at 37wH. It has two Type-A outputs with the left Type-A PORT using AniFast Tech at 12W while the right is a regular Type-A port at 10.5W. It has dual charging inputs including a 10W micro-USB port and a 10W Type-C port.

At the bottom right, we have the power levels LED indicators – four of them with each showing 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% respectively.

On the left side bottom is the power button. At the top right, we have the Oraimo logo and at the back, we have the company’s motto – Keep Exploring. On the right side top is the text showing its capacity.

The two output ports mean you can charge two devices such as your phone and wireless earbuds simultaneously. It’s also worth noting that the Toast 10 Flash is compatible with multiple devices.

Oraimo Traveler 3 Vision

The Oraimo Traveler 3 Vision is another power bank with a bigger capacity at 27000mAh equivalent to 99.9wH. Inside the box, you get the external battery, a Type-A to micro-USB charging cable and a welcome guide which includes a warranty certificate.

Oraimo Traveler 3 Vision

It has two dual outputs with the left Type-A port using AniFast Tech at 12W while the right is a regular Type-A port at 10.5W. It has triple charging inputs including a 10W micro-USB port, a 10W Type-C port and a 10W Lightning port which means you can juice it up with your Apple charging cable.

Right below the ports are the power levels LED indicators – four of them with each showing 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% respectively. At the side bottom is the power button. At the top right, we have the Oraimo logo and at the back, we have the company’s motto – Keep Exploring. On the right side top is the text showing its capacity.

You’ll notice on the left side are the 120 Lumen LED flashlights that come with 3 levels of brightness with 2 additional modes for use in emergencies that attract the attention of other people. Long pressing the power button turns them on from with the default high-level brightness at 120 lumens. You can reduce by pressing the power button to your preferred levels all the way to the Quick Flash to the SOS Flash which is in morse code. Medium and Low brightness levels reach 63 and 16 lumens respectively.

You can therefore use it when you’re camping outdoors or when lights go out at night as it gets really bright for your regular use.

Battery life in comparison to brightness levels will range from 650 hours in Low brightness levels to 155 hours and 75 hours for medium and High levels respectively. Oraimo says that it can also support up to 5 phone charges. The Traveller 3 Vision power bank has a low current charging mode which enables it to deliver a lower current for devices like earbuds, wireless earphones, smart bands, some smartwatches and electric toothbrushes that don’t need high current. Just plug them, in and the power bank will automatically start low-current charging.

The Oraimo Firefly 3, Toast 10 and Traveler 3 Vision are incredible devices powered by AniFast technology. So what is this technology?

AniFast Technology

AniFast is the company’s exclusive smart-charging technology that uses oraimo’s smart charging chip designed to intelligently identify the fast charging protocol of your device to deliver the speediest possible charge. It also protects the battery while it’s charging up thus removing the risk of either overcurrent or overcharge.

Fast charging has become a trend for smartphones ranging from high-end to budget devices. But it is hard to get a replacement adapter or power bank that meets the recommended standards set by the smartphone maker and Oraimo fills in that void with their AniFast-powered adapters and power banks. AniFast tech supports basically all fast charging protocols like PD(Power Delivery) 3.0, QC(Quick Charge) 3.0, PDO(Power Data Objects), PPS(Programmable Power Supply), and TFC.

It has multi-layered protection features to keep your devices safe while they’re charging including Temperature Resistance, output overvoltage protection, input overvoltage protection, V-0(V zero) Flame retardant, Short circuit protection, Protection from overcharge and over discharge and Output overcurrent protection.

AniFast Technology comes in handy for consumers to keep their devices powered up fast and smart- from tablets, smartphones, wireless earphones, smartwatches, electric toothbrushes and even laptops while still protecting their batteries.

And you don’t have to bleed your pocket to get the devices running this smart technology.
