Noah Amoke has been appointed as the CM.com Sales Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA).
CM.com is a global company that specializes in cloud-based software for conversational commerce, which helps businesses improve customer experience.
Their communications and payments platform allows for the automation of engagement with customers across multiple digital channels.
In his new role, Amoke will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the CM.com sales team in Kenya and the rest of the Sub-Saharan region.
He will be tasked with creating and executing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and strengthens its presence in the region.
Also, he will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with current customers and maximizing the benefits of CM.com’s solutions for them.
Amoke brings a wealth of experience to this role, having previously served as a Business Development Manager (Kenya and Sub-Sahara Africa) for two and a half years. Before that, he held the position of Sales Manager at Infobip.
He has a total of 11 years of experience in sales and marketing and has worked for other companies such as Craft Silicon, Jambo Pay, and the Bank of Africa. This experience will be invaluable as he takes on the task of leading the CM.com sales team in the region, and driving the company’s growth in the region.
Amoke’s appointment comes at a time when CM.com is looking to expand its presence in the Sub-Saharan Africa region.
