A day after we reported , NCBA Loop users are subject an email phishing attempt the bank has announced an interruption of service. This will particularly affecting internet banking.
In a text message to its customers, the bank stated it will be carrying out a scheduled maintenance.
The maintenance will take place from 10 pm to 2 am tonight. As a result, specific services will be unavailable.
The message clearly states that Internet Banking services will be unavailable during the entire period of the scheduled maintenance.
Additionally, customers using mobile wallet to NCBA Account transfers will experience delays in transactions.
However, all other NCBA services will remain available. This for example means that customers can access funds via Automated Teller Machines (ATM) across the country.
As such , it would be prudent for customers to take early steps to avoid inconveniences during the said period.
