So we have known all along that the Lumia 520 and Lumia 720 are coming at Mobile World Congress. These are not the only devices we expect to come from Nokia, there is also the Nokia 1000 that is expected to come donning pureview technology and be better specs-wise than the Lumia 920 which is currently the highest end Lumia there is. Remember the Lumia 900 was announced at MWC and got so much hype when there was still Windows phone 7.5 Mango to run on Nokia high end.
Well, now we have a face to the two Lumias, one in the mid range and the other in the low end, to get into the stead of the Lumia 510. Worthy of note, is the design which is quite improved, compared to Lumia 510. We recently saw trails of the Lumia 720, Lumia 520 and two other devices on some ads server and we expect Nokie will be trying to make sure competition is not quite huge for the low end, particularly from the Huawei W1 which brings in some huge competition, particularly in the pricing end.
Lumia 720 is expected to have a 1Ghz Dual-Core processor, a 4.3 inch screen, 512MB RAM, 8GB internal storage and two cameras, a rear one with Carl Zeiss Technology, LED flash and front camera. It will also have removable shells and battery like the 620.
Lumia 520 on the other hand will also be expected to have removable shells, a 5MP camera minus flash and no front camera, the screen is 4 inch, 512MB RAM and 8GB internal storage. These will be announced at MWC which is just a few days away so take everything with a pinch of salt.
