Nokia’s Lumia 930 is finally here. Not yet launched but you can buy one in Nairobi, Kenya. Announced sometime back in April, Lumia 930 stood out as, in my opinion, the best Windows Phone smartphone so far. This was at Microsoft Build 2014 where other siblings to be announced together are Lumia 630 and Lumia 635 . The Lumia 630 and Lumia 930 were the ones coming to this market and the former is already made available.
Now, we are yet to hear Nokia East Africa say anything, including launch event invites, but the indicators are all here in plain sight. We should expect a launch soon as the two are already selling. Lumia 930 sells through Midcom as you can see on their online store.
Their Price is Kshs 61,000 which in my opinion is quite a good one, and also going by the site they have black and white colour options. Here’s where I remind you that unlike the other Lumias down the food chain, the high end ones like Lumia 1020, Lumia 1520, Lumia 920 and Lumia 925 don’t get replaceable shells, so if you get a certain colour that’s what you are stuck with. Not that people change shells anyway, but colour lovers look like they will be without options so far.
