Bamba TV launched with the promise of availing over 50 channels. These included all the free to air channels that are available to all free to air set top boxes by licensees KBC’s Signet and Startimes’ Pang. As of last evening, this is not the case and the numerous free to air channels are not available even after several searches.

What is left now is the 16 Bamba tv channels with three of them still on coming soon mode. The three were among a few channels that were part of a negotiated “premium channels” list that was to go live in January, these include Cars TV, Justice TV, Fashion TV, Africa Network Channels among others. Only Fashion TV is ready and live while the rest are still in coming soon mode, and you realize that January is running out.
The main thing here is that Signet and Pang channels are supposed to be showed by Bamba Tv but as it stands, at least for me they aren’t showing. This means among the local channels transmitted on digital spectrum which should be more than ten, only Radio Africa Group channels (Kiss Tv and Kass Tv are showing.
