Huawei Mobile Kenya has announced the pre-order period for the nova7i that was announced a week ago for the Kenyan market.
The company says that the preorder period will end on 24th May and it will be done in all retail stores across the country, which includes Jumia and Lipa Later.
The nova7i will be retailing for Kshs 29,999 which is a pretty good price for its specifications. The coolest thing is that Huawei is bundling a bunch of accessories when you make your preorder. If you make the preorder, you will get a Huawei free band worth Kshs 4,699 and a Bluetooth headset worth Kshs 2,499.
Judging by its specifications, the Huawei nova7i slots above the Y9 Prime 2019 and the Y9S.
The Huawei nova7i has pretty good specs. It has a 6.4-inch 1080p display with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It is powered by the Kirin 810, which is more powerful than the Kirin 710 we have seen on their midrange smartphones in Kenya.
The phone also sports 5 cameras in total. There is a 16MP front-facing camera which is positioned at the top left corner of the display. At the back, we have 4 cameras. There is the main 48MP camera which Huawei promises takes great shots thanks to the improved processing. There is an 8MP ultra-wide camera with a 120-degree field of view, which is pretty wide. The rest of the cameras are a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP BOKEH CAMERA.
The phone also has a huge 4,200mAh battery which can be charged quickly by a 40W charger using Huawei’s SuperCharge technology.
