Twitter went down late last night/early morning Kenyan time and is still down for some users including us. Users on the platform can’t access some of the platform’s features.
Over 50,000 people reported that they had problems accessing the site including viewing and sending tweets on the platform.
For instance, we can’t send tweets with links included as Twitter alerts you that “Something went wrong. Try again.”

Outage monitoring website Downdetector.com shows that over 50,000 people reported issues with Twitter.
Some users still can’t like, reply or retweet tweets.
The social media giant recently set up shop in Africa and is currently fast-tracking Spaces, its version of Clubhouse.
