itel Shopping Festival May 15th - June 15th edition

itel Kenya has an ongoing Shopping Festival that will have consumers who buy its gadgets win prizes including cash. The itel Shopping Festival has been ongoing since mid-month and will close later in June.

itel smartphones part of this promotion includes the itel P38, itel A58, itel P17 Pro, and itel S17.

itel says that you can order these models from Jumia at discounted prices.

itel A58

itel A58 was launched this year and comes with a 6.6″ waterdrop screen with a 720p resolution(1612*720) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The dewdrop notch houses the selfie camera.

This is an upgrade over the itel A56 that featured a 6″ screen with 480p resolution(960*480).

Under its hood, the itel A58 comes with a 1.3GHz Quad-core UNISOC SC7731IE CPU paired with a Mali T820 MP1 GPU. Alongside the processor, the itel A58 ships with 1GB of RAM AND 16GB of onboard storage.

It’s worth noting that itel A58 comes with a dedicated microSD card to allow for expandable storage up to 64GB.

Android 11(Go Edition) runs the show on the itel A58.

For optics, the itel A58 has a dual main camera setup at the back that includes a 5MP lens and an AI depth sensor. There’s also a single LED flash at the back too.

We also have a 5MP front-facing camera for taking selfies.

Keeping the lights on is a 4000mAH battery that itel says can last up to 10 days on light use. A 5v 1A charging brick is included in the box.

Other features the itel A58 comes with is a rear fingerprint sensor, face unlock and support for dual 3G Sim cards.

itel A58 comes in Sky Cyan, Starry Black and Dreamy Purple.

itel A58 starts selling from Ksh 8600 at its retail stores country-wide.

  • UniSoC SC9832E processor paired with Mali T820 MP2 GPU

itel P38

  • Android 11 Go
  • 3G Dual Sim
  • Colours: Galaxy Blue, Spruce Green, Nebula Black
  • Spreadtrum UNISOC SC7731E processor paired with Mali T820 MP1 GPU
  • 6.6″ IPS LCD(720 x 1612 pixels)
  • 32GB storage
  • 2GB RAM
  • Dual main camera setup: 8MP and VGA
  • 5MP selfie camera
  • 15W fast micro USB charging
  • 5000mAh battery

To participate, head to an itel retail store near you(they are available countrywide) and fill a raffle ticket after purchasing any of the listed smartphones and get back to be part of the weekly lucky draws.

The raffle ticket will be used in the weekly lucky draw to choose winners who will get gifts worth up to Ksh 100,000 every week for 4 weeks.

Besides the gift package, to be won weekly, other items to be given away include other itel branded gifts and foodstuff

As mentioned above, the S17, P17Pro, A58 or P38 are the only models
valid for this promotion.

This promotion runs from 15th May to 15th June 2021.
