So this Chinese forum leaked a first Ice Cream Sandwich ROM Android 4.0.3 for the Galaxy Note model GT-I9220 which is the Chinese version. Note, the international version is GT-N7000 so you might not wanna play with this one if you are not in China. The ROM, a possible alpha, has Bluetooth and Camera working well.
