Images of a new windows phone from Alcatel have been released via Instagram. It is referred to as  “One Touch with WP” and it’s likely going to be an affordable low-end handset. It will come with a Windows 7.8 OS rather than  8. It is not clear whether the images are a final design of this new Alcatel since it features the original curvy Windows Phone button which slightly differs from  the angular design found on the latest devices.
