Huawei has launched the Ascend W2 powered by Windows Phone 8 and a dual-core 1.4 GHz Snapdragon processor. Ascend W2 becomes the second Huawei WP8 device taking over from Ascend W1. Russia and Netherlands will get the handset from November.
The smartphone comes with a 4.3-inch IPS WVGA (480×800) LCD display and TFT Magic Touch technology. Internal storage weighs in at 8GB and the memory at 512 MB. Its rear camera has a resolution of 5 megapixel rear camera, there is no front-facing camera. The Ascend W2 packs a pretty decent battery at 1700mAh. Ascend W2 comes with 7GB of free SkyDrive cloud storage over which you can share entertainment content with Xbox Music and Xbox Live.
Huawei Ascend W2 will be available in Black, Blue, Red and Yellow.
