List of Smartphones Getting Upgraded to Android Pie

OPPO F11

OPPO F11Android Pie was finally released in August last year with new features such as Digital Wellbeing, Smart notifications, auto-rotation tweaks, volume control improvements, new gesture controls and horizontal layout of recent apps and a distinctively Google visual style. Most phones launched after the release came with Android Pie already baked in or getting the update in a few months as the OEMs tweaked the Android version and customising it to fit their devices.

Compared to Apple iOS upgrades to previous phones, Google lags behind but we’ve seen a rather commendable uptake by Android OEMS launching phones a few months with Android Pie including budget devices such as the Tecno Spark 3 series or the Huawei Y6 launched early this year and with more launching such as the Xiaomi Redmi Y3. Android still has a long way to go but the pace of adoption is rising seen by this list of phones reportedly getting the Android Pie update.
