If you are extremely online like me, you may have noticed that there has been an outage across Facebook-owned platforms including itself plus Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp. On any of each, images, videos and other media files have failed to load across the New feed, Stories, Status and messages failing to go through on WhatsApp and Messenger.
You’ll see that some images load and others don’t. This outage has affected the 1.56 billion people who actively use Facebook’s apps every day.

Facebook is aware of the outage and is working to resolve the issues and return its sites and apps to normal as quickly as they can.
