ColorOS 12 based on Android 12 is becoming available to more OPPO smartphones this month. The update is now rolling out to the OPPO Reno6 5G in Kenya.

How To Get The Update
To get the update, head to settings, scroll to Software Update. If the update is available for your phone, a notification will pop asking you to download and update.
ColorOS 12 brings a new inclusive UI, smoother performance, rich features and comes packed with softer icons and animations.
ColorOS 12 ships with features from Android 12 including new quick tiles, new widgets, improved one-handed mode, notification settings, visual overhaul, new app pairs for split-screen and privacy improvements.
OPPO adds that ColorOS 12 has an average of 30% lower memory occupation and 20% lower battery consumption.

Other features get upgraded including PC Connect, 3-Finger Translate powered by Google Lens, FlexDrop, Private System, Private Safe, App Lock, App Cloner and Phone Manager.

ColorOS 12 Rollout Plan To Other OPPO Smartphones
This month, OPPO is scheduled to rollout ColorOS 12 to the OPPO Reno6 5G, OPPO Reno5(ongoing), OPPO Reno 5F(February 22nd), OPPO Reno4(February 28th) and OPPO A95.
In March, the update will roll out to the OPPO A93.
