Apple seems not to be getting enough of Samsung, as the company has successfully aquired an injunction in Germany barring yet another tablet off the German market.
The beautiful Samsung Galaxy Tab was taken off the Samsung Germany website and also from IFA on Saturday following a new injunction to Samsung’s products. The hands-on demo product at the IFA was labelled “NOT FOR SALE”.
Statement from Samsung read:
“Samsung respects the court’s decision (The District Court in Dusseldorf) made on September 2 and therefore decided not to display any more the GALAXY Tab 7.7 in IFA.”
But i understand that Samsung will get a tough surprise to apple in 2012 with a different product portfolio.
