LG will this week launch the second of TRI-Sim feature phones in the Kenyan market. LG C333, a 2G feature phone was released in September in some markets in the East, UAE being one of the markets. It’s soon going to show up on Kenyan shelves from this week. The phone’s selling point is the tri SIM and long battery life with an 1100mAh battery, which would do quite long life on a feature phone, although the three sim cards on standby would also take a toll on it. Looks like there was some level of success with the LG A290, otherwise they wouldnt be on this path again.
The LG C333 is a qwerty bar phone form factor and runs 2G networks. Dimensions are 108.9 x 59.6 x 12.15mm and weight being 98.2 grams. The screen is 2.3 inches with 240 x 320 pixels at 174 ppi pixel density. It has 1000 entries phone book, 78.4MB internal and support for 8GB microSD, comes with a 2GB. Conveniently, it has a 3.2mp camera with EDR and supports USB reading.FM Radio, threaded sms, MP3/MP4 player, Voice Memo, predictive text and social media integrations are some of the features this qwerty phone got.
