The power of a start button….

Microsoft has confirmed that you will be seeing the start button again on their newest desktop OS, Windows 8. The upgrade will be called Windows 8.1, previously code-named Windows Blue, and it will be free for Windows 8 users. This will be downloadable via the Windows Store.

Public preview of Windows 8.1 will be on June 26 available for both Windows 8 and Windows RT at the same time that Microsoft Developer Conference will be happening in San Francisco.
