Nokia has one of the best Navigation systems in HERE Maps, currently in use on Nokia Smartphones, including the recently announced Asha 501. HERE Maps is also used in cars navigation and has the most comprehensive maps in most towns globally. Nokia today announces that HERE maps will be available for download to other Windows phone 8 devices.

My Commute which is a feature to assist with everyday commute for HERE Drive+, it learns daily driving habits then provides personalized commute recommendations based on current traffic conditions. You also get the option to upgrade to a global license that gives you global maps access.
HERE Transit on the other hand has updates on design making public transportation simpler, adds panorama view, access previous destinations, favourites and nearby transit stations.

HERE drive for Windows Phone 8 smartphones is available in Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, UK, and US with an In-app upgrade for Global Navigation license priced at EUR 15.49
HERE Drive with local navigation licence is available for Lumia 720, 520 and 521 for free but has an in-app upgrase for global navigation at EUR 15.49
HERE Drive+ with global navigation license for Nokia Lumia is available for Lumias 928, 925, 920, 822, 820, 810 and 620.
HERE Drive+ for Windows Phone 8 smartphones is priced at EUR 34.99 and is available globally.
HERE Transit for Nokia Lumia is available free globally for all Windows Phone 8 devices.
HERE Transit for other Windows Phone smartphones is available for free in Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, UK, and US. Markets like Australia, China, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Russia and UAE get it for EUR 1.99.
