Safaricom recently announced three new pocket-friendly devices that include the Safaricom Neon Ray, Safaricom Neon Nova and lastly the Safaricom Neon Storm.
These are budget 4G and 3G smartphones the telco is pushing and come with the latest specifications so you don’t compromise much when you get them.
