Infinix Mobile today has launched the HOT 8, their new smartphone which features triple rear cameras, huge display and an even bigger battery.
The HOT 8 features a 6.6 inch IPS HD+ waterdrop display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. You get a choice of either the Mediatek MT6761 or the MT6580 processors to power your phone.
The HOT 8 comes with 32GB of internal storage as standard and you can choose whether you need 3GB or 2GB of RAM, with the 2GB RAM variant being the cheaper one.
Interesting enough, for the 2GB RAM versions, you can either get one with the Mediatek MT6580 processor or the MT6761 processor. This is not the case for the 3GB RAM variant which comes with the MT6761 processor as standard.

There is a triple camera rig at the back which features a 13MP main camera with a f/1.8 lens, a 2MP depth sensor and what Infinx calls an “AI Lens”. The selfie camera is a regular 8MP unit with a f/2.0 lens.
Infinix also touts their Dirac Sound and Party Mode which will allow multiple devices to be synchronized together to play a single sound. This means you can use this feature to make your multiple HOT 8 phones to play music, which can be
The HOT 8 will ship in 4 colours: Midnight black, Champagne gold, Aqua blue and a new gradient colour one that they call “Cosmic purple”.
