A new Redmi Note phone is coming to the Kenyan market.
The Xiaomi’s sub-brand has been in the business for some time now, and has released many Redmi devices. However, the Note lineup has always had the upper hand because it offers features that are seldom found in competing phones.
To note, the Note lineup was launched as an affordable smartphone line thar offered a big screen and a bigger battery, with more than enough cameras. Xiaomi has since improved on the said features because the market has been getting more competitive; the cameras are excellent for what the Notes offer, battery life has gotten, to some extent, better, and the phones are equipped with more than enough horsepower to run excellently.
This series of mid-range devices is set to offer superior specs in the realms of camera, display, battery and charging efficiency, providing high-level performance to suit the ever-evolving needs of consumers across the board – Xiaomi Kenya in a statement.
Now, the Xiaomi Kenya arm will be releasing the new members of the Note series this Thursday (Feb 17, 2022).
Xiaomi entered the Kenyan market less than four years ago, and has grown to become a household name with many other devices that cost as low as KES 10K. It also sells a bunch of other entertainment products to cement its name in the Kenyan market.
Xiaomi also says it has sold more than 240 million Note units worldwide, which is no small feat, to say the least.
We will keep you apprised of the units that will be sold locally (the Note series usually features more than three devices with different storage, RAM and chipset options, and are all meant for different markets).
