Samsung has officially launched the midrange A series in the country. The lineup starts from the A14, the A24 5G, the A34 5G and the A54 5G.
Yep, this time round we are not getting the A74.
Anyway, the A34 5G brings with it a 6.6″ 1080p Super AMOLED screen covered by Gorilla Glass 5. It has an IP67 rating for dust and splashes.
It has a 120Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits peak brightness.
The A34 5G comes powered by Android 13 and One UI 5.1. The silica is MediaTek Dimensity 1080 paired with Mali G68 MC4 GPU.
We get 6/8 GB of RAM and 128GB and 256GB of onboard storage.
For cameras, we get a 48MP main with 8MP ultrawide and 5MP macro. Video capture is capped at 4K 30fps.
For the front we have a 13MP that can shoot 4K 30fps video.
We also have stereo speaker and under-display fingerprint reader.
The A34 5G sports a 5000mAH battery and 25W Type-C charging.
