In the event of a dispute, BITmarkets’ dedicated support team provides arbitration based on payment receipts, chat records, and transaction history.
All P2P participants are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, and trader profiles display completion rates, response times, and feedback scores — giving users the information they need to trade with confidence.
