Huawei Technologies India has sent in legal notice to Videocon Telecom, Indian mobile network and suspended managed services to the firm over unpaid dues spanning 4 years, since 2009. According to Economic Times, Videocon Telecom purchased 2G network equipment and project services from Huawei technologies in July of 2009 and has upto 85% of the amount unpaid as yet. This totals to US$114 million.
The GSM Network suspension could affect Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Mumbai, Gujarat and haryana with serious downtime.
