Samsung Galaxy S 4 was unveiled on the 14th of March and will be launching on the 26th of April in South Africa among other markets. Here in Kenya it will launch a few days after that. I have since laid my hands and eyes on this beauty and we have some awesome shots I took showing the design, build and a few features. The Galaxy S 4 is a 5 inch full HD display device, the one coming to our market is the Exynos Octa-Core version. In the photos you will see the Misty Black colour, rounded on the side with Chrome. See full Galaxy S 4 specifications here.
The numerous shortcuts in the notifications panel that have an option for either viewing all or scrolling across, settings reveal a number of tweaks you can do to personalize the device. Features like smart-scroll, smart pause, air view and air gesture are some of the features not seen previously on a smartphone. Savour the images that will give you an impression of what to expect when it’s finally selling in the shops. And of-course stay around for the features detail and the comprehensive review once we have played with it.
Thanks for the updates! Can’t wait…. really torn between this and hTC one! Hmmm….
Sadly I am not sure I can do a hands-on comparison between the two, I don’t have the HTC.
Any demerits? Is the screen more fall friendly?
Lol, I will have to find out what Corning Gorilla Glass 3, but definately not by dropping my piece. I’m sure drop tests will show up on youtube as soon reviews start churning in from more blogs.
Well, they should get that issue sorted soon. I know of few things uglier than a shattered Samsung S3.
A shattered tablet is uglier, but I digress. Yes hardware durability is indeed essential for the user experience. I will see what’s in there in due time.
