If you have a good memory like me you will remember the LG Optimus G that was kind-of like a turning point for LG. The Optimus G was designed with loads of good specs, I had a slight moment with it but not long enough to write home about. The entrails was what was used to develop the Google Nexus 4 by LG. Almost similar specs save for the design and the fact that it carried stock Android from Google. And now LG is back with the next flagship device in the G series.
LG Optimus G2 has been rumoured to be a device of either 5.2 or 5.5 inch with Full HD OLED edge to edge display, others include a 2.3 GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB RAM, Android 4.2.2, 13 MP camera and buttons on the rear (who does that?).
LG has this message all through the teaser video, “To me you are perfect. From G…”. This could very well mean the sequel to the Optimus G, right?
If you remember well, Samsung had a similar launch some month ago for the Galaxy S 4 in the same New York, and it also happens to be a press launch as invites have been sent out already. Or is New York where big things happen? Or maybe a way to get products acceped in the USA, a sizeable market? See the video below.
