That Gold-coloured LG G2 we were talking about the other day is no longer just another product of the rumourmill, it is now official. LG has launched the gold LG G2 and another red one in time to mark the Chinese (Lunar) New Year.
The red and gold LG G2 will be limited edition models that will be available exclusively in some Asian countries like Singapore. Probably it may also be available in Taiwan where it first leaked but for now only Singapore is official with carriers M1, SingTel and Starhub already being in the loop to provide the handsets in that country.
The new G2 models will pack the same specs as the international G2 but instead of that glossy plastic back that many reviewers of the device complained was a fingerprint magnet, it will have a textured back cover which is sure to provide better grip.
