Alcatel OneTouch, the smartphone brand by Chinese company TCL is well known for its budget devices. It doesn’t want to be known for just that going forward but for more. How about a smartphone that can run on Android, Windows Phone and Firefox OS as well? Yeah, that’s what they are doing with the Pixi 3 smartphone.

In the run up to CES 2015 next week, Alcatel has announced the Pixi 3 and intends to showcase it and provide further details about exactly how it works, pricing, availability and whether user experience will in any way be compromised at its CES stand. For now the company only notes, in a press release, that the Pixi 3 series of smartphones will feature 3.5, 4, 4.5 and 5 inch smartphones. The devices will have both 3G and LTE connectivity with the 3.5 inch Pixi being the only one missing on the LTE table as it will just support 3G frequencies.

We can’t wait to hear more about the Pixi 3 and the Alactel OneTouch Watch, its first smartwatch. See image below.
